Ninja Turtle Paper

Ninja Turtle Paper

My card complete its almost time for the party but I have no wrapping paper. So I thought I'd make my own.

I made a circle foam stamp from a piece of craft foam and stuck to to a piece of wood.

Using a green ink pad I stamped lots of circles onto a piece of brown wrapping paper. (Hopefully enough to wrap the present up!!)

Alternatively you could draw circles and colour them in or use a painted stamp. Whatever you fancy.

When the circles are dry you need to add the masks and eyes. I did this with Pro markers and white circles. for impact you could use paint as this would be a bit brighter.

Then add the smiley mouth.

All that's left is to wrap the present and add a ninja gift tag..

Lets hope he likes it.

Ninja Turtle Crazy

Ninja Turtle crazy

It's my friends son's 4th birthday. He adores Ninja turtles. He's having a ninja turtle party and I have bough him some Ninja Turtle Lego. (Shhh don't tell him). SO i thought I'd have a go at making a ninja turtle card.

I got 2 of my sons small polystyrene balls and cut them in half.

Cut them in half first or the paint will come off if you do it after.
I mixed some green paint with PVA glue and painted them. You could use permanent pens such a pro makers too.

When they were dry I touched up any finger marks and white bits with my green promarker.

I then cut small strips of felt in the correct Ninja colours for the eye masks. Added 2 googly eyes to each mask and stuck them on the half balls.

I used a fine permanent black pen to draw a smiley turtle mouth.

All that was left to add them to my card

So how about Ninja Turtle wrapping paper?
